Although His Holiness is well-known for his own poetry works, here he reads a poem by the poet Jangbu, composed according to His Holiness’ wishes. Jangbu is one of Tibet’s most influential contemporary poets, and was featured earlier in our poetry celebration. The poem itself is an expression of the bewilderment and anxiety caused by the extraordinary situation facing much of the wo
