Move it or lose it👊.Great toe mobility is one of the main assessments I implement when treating a patient with lower limb issues especially in the foot and ankle. I would say the majority of patients are severely lacking in toe mobility. But the good news is it’s not extremely hard to improve. .Here are a few ways I like to work on the passive range.
