SIS Control Center stops working at log on - Microsoft Community
Aug 20, 2011 · I have a windows vista starter kit. I use Quickheal antivirus. I recently upgraded it to 2010 edition. The SIS Control centre now stops working invariably at log on. I cannot uninstall it either.
