Of course, Billboard was paying special attention to the night’s two music categories: achievement in music written for motion pictures (original song) and achievement in music written for motion pictures (original score).

Big winners at the Oscars 2026 included ‘One Battle After Another,’ with six Oscar victories, and ‘Sinners,’ which followed its record-breaking number of nominations with four victories.

The 2026 Oscar winners include unmissable films such as Frankenstein, Sinners and best picture recipient One Battle After Another. With streaming services, you can fill up on many of the freshly awarded flicks.

Javier Bardem, Jimmy Kimmel, Conan O’Brien and the winners in the documentary categories all used their time on stage Sunday to share some political commentary.

KPop Demon Hunters was a double winner at the 98th Oscars on Sunday (March 15). The hit Netflix film won best animated feature, while a song from the film, “Golden,” won best original song. KPop Demon Hunter is just the fourth film to win in both categories, following Toy Story 3 in 2011, Frozen in 2014 and Coco in 2018.
